I will reach out within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email to ask any follow-up questions and make sure I fully understand what you are looking for.
This step usually takes 15–20 minutes of your time, and it is where I learn the nuances that make a trip truly personal.
I research everything
I search across platforms for the best flights, compare hotels by location and reviews, identify must-do experiences, and map out a logical flow for your days.
This is typically 6–12 hours of work. I check 5–8 sources per booking category before making a recommendation.
You review the proposal
I share a detailed day-by-day itinerary with booking links, cost breakdowns, and alternatives. You review and we refine it together.
You get unlimited revisions until it feels right. Want to swap a hotel, add a day trip, or change an activity? Easy.
I handle all bookings
Once you are happy with the plan, I proceed with all bookings on your behalf or guide you through them step-by-step — whichever you prefer.
You receive a complete trip pack: all confirmations, check-in details, contact numbers, and a printable itinerary.
You travel. I stay reachable.
All you do is show up and enjoy. I am available on WhatsApp throughout your trip if anything needs sorting.

Common questions.
Do I pay the planning fee before or after the trip plan?
The planning fee is paid upfront before I start research. This ensures I invest real time in your trip. All actual booking costs are separate and paid directly to the providers by you.
What if I don't like the plan?
You get unlimited revisions. If after multiple rounds the plan still does not feel right, we can discuss a refund — your satisfaction is the goal, not just getting a plan out the door.
Can you plan trips outside India?
Yes — the planning fee is the same whether it is domestic or international. I am well-versed in Southeast Asia and European destinations, and I will be transparent if a destination requires extra research time.
How far in advance should I reach out?
At least 3–4 weeks before your travel dates for domestic trips, and 4–6 weeks for international. That said, I have helped people plan trips in under a week for urgent travel — reach out and we will figure it out.
Do you earn commission from hotels or airlines?
No. I charge only the planning fee. I have no affiliate deals with any booking platform, hotel chain, or airline. Every recommendation is made purely on what is best for you.
What does booking assistance mean?
For most clients I provide all the booking links, detailed instructions, and sit with you on call if needed while you make the actual purchases. For clients who prefer it, I can book on your behalf using details you share securely.
